Return & Refund Policy

We do not allow returns.  It is too risky for us to allow a dog that has left our controlled environment to explore new areas and potentially bring back something into our environment. We would much rather assist in rehoming them by reaching out to our waiting list of families for you.  So at that point you would tell us how much money you would like for your puppy and we would see if anyone is interested.  I've had to do this a couple times and it has always worked out wonderfully.

We do not do money back/returns. If there was a documented genetic issue that resulted in fatality (within the first year) after you did everything advised by your vet to save the puppy we would look at our next litter of puppies and see if one of them would fit your home. You are required to immediately call us if something is wrong with your puppy. If you fail to do so, I would have a hard time understanding how things went downhill so fast. This isn't something we have had to deal with, but if something happens we want to be involved in every step.

Are You Ready For A Puppy Or Not?

I have to be generic with my return and refund policy, but my #1 concern is your puppy and my adults so I have to do it this way for the least amount of risk.  Thankfully return issues aren't a common issue, but at least you know what the steps would be, so please if you're on the fence about getting a puppy please just wait a while.  I need you to be 100% fully committed to this massive decision as the next decade of this puppies happiness depends on you.
